Accomodation
This symposium will take place at the
Conference
Center Königstein (KTC),
situated about 20 minutes from Frankfurt. Accommodation might be still
available in the KTC.
Participants should try to book rooms via the
login page after
registration, for reliable conformation contact the
KTC directly.
Full catering is provided during the symposium.
Travel
Arrival by car
Via Motorway A3:
Exit Niedernhausen direction Königstein (B455), stay on the B455 through Eppstein; follow the signs for Fischbach; in Fischbach turn left at the traffic lights towards Ruppertshain. After leaving the town (at top of hill), turn right in the direction Königstein, the KTC is situated about 4km on the right hand side.
Via Motorway A5:
Exit Bad Homburg in the direction Oberursel, follow A661 until the end, then straight ahead direction Königstein (B455). In Königstein leave the roundabout direction Limburg, turn left at the 3rd set of traffic lights, following the KTC sign, 500m after leaving Königstein you will find the KTC on the left hand side.
Via Motorway A66:
Exit Höchst/Bad Soden/Königstein in the direction Königstein (B8). In Königstein leave the roundabout direction Limburg, turn left at the 3rd set of traffic lights, following the KTC sign, 500m after leaving Königstein you will find the KTC on the left hand side.
Public transportation from Frankfurt airport
First you have to take S8 or S9 to Frankfurt main station (Hauptbahnhof, mostly lower level). At main station take R12 "Königsteiner Eisenbahn" to Königstein (you may have to go to the upper level where R12 starts). The last 2km to the KTC: we organized a shuttle (small bus up to seven people) which will be on the train station when the train arrives. This service is scheduled on Tuesday (1.09.) from 2pm to 8pm and Wednesday (2.09.) from 8am to 11am.
